After sitting behind a desk for years at work, my age and lifestyle started catching up with me. I was depressed and disappointment in myself and where I had gone when I started looking for something to get me back in shape that fit my schedule. My friend introduced me to support and accountability groups.  I started in September of 2014 and totally changed my life.

Learn what a Coach is

Becoming a fitness coach has been the best decision of my life. It has kept me accountable to myself, given me the opportunity to help people reach their own goals, and has helped supplement my family’s income.

We offer one-on-one coaching as well as an online community of like-minded people working to achieve their fitness and personal goals.  One thing we have learned is a community standing behind you keeps you motivated to keep reaching to your goals.
